    wich one of these sentenses is correct?
    he sugessted me reading more.

    Neither sentence is correct. Please see my amendments to your post, which I have done in red. You need to check the spelling of all words before you make your post. Remember to start every sentence with a capital letter.

    The sentence you need is "He suggested that I read more". I think that might be quite an advanced construction for your level.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
