Seat-beds can be re-used from PRES-VAC at cost of lapping and re-coating

It is me one more time!

NOTE: Seat-beds can be re-used from PRES-VAC at cost of lapping and re-coating, as necessary.

In my opinion, the fragment in bold type means that "Seat-beds can be recovered from PRES-VAC (the name of a company) by merely lapping and re-coating" or "Seat-beds can be recovered from PRES-VAC (the name of a company) and then lapped and re-coated" or "Seat-beds can be recovered from PRES-VAC (the name of a company) and restored to good condition by (merely) lapping and re-coating" or "Seat-beds can be recovered from PRES-VAC (the name of a company) by having to lap and re-coat them".

What is your opinion on that?

    Thank you.

The fragment is taken from operating/maintenance instructions for HS-ISO pressure valve.

    It sounds to me like...

A "seat-bed" from the PRES-VAC company can be reused and the customer only needs to pay for the cost of lapping and recoating if necessary.
