Does "I want you to go shopping" mean the same as "I need you to go shopping"?
If they are not the same in meaning, at least they are very similar.
What's your opinion?
The sentences were created by me.
They don't mean the same at all. "To want" and "to need" don't mean the same thing. "Need" suggests necessity. "Want" doesn't.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
