    Post charging and filling activities!


    Could anyone tell me what this conveys rigarding to the sentence below:

    The aim is here to promote use of energy during off- peak periods so that the level of average utilization of the facilities improves. This can be achieved by encouraging consumers to undertake for example charging and filling activities during off- peak periods.

    You charge electrical devices and you fill devices that use liquid or gas fuels.
