Question What's the difference between a twin room and a double room?

Or is there a difference at all between the two? A twin room and a double room?

A twin room has two beds, usually each bed being designed for one person (two "single beds" in BrE). A double room has one bed which is big enough for (at least) two people (a double bed).
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
