What’s the difference between each of the following pairs of sentences and what do we call these differences in grammatical terms?

She said she had done it.
She said, “I’ve done it”.

The first is reported speech. The second is direct speech (a quote).

In that case, may I suggest that in future you suggest what you think the answer might be and then we can comment. When you're a teacher, I'm sure that when your students ask you a grammar question, you're not simply going to provide them with the answer. Surely, you will ask them to try to work it out for themselves, present you with their suggested answer and then you can see how they're doing. Sound like a good idea?

Indirect speech is an alternative term for reported speech. If you're training to be a teacher, get used to alternative terms- language teaching has many.

Also, there's only one pair of sentences.
