    Is this sentence correct?

    As I moved to this country, I could not have haircut in the way I like.(spoken english)

    No. It's grammatically incorrect and it doesn't make sense.

    What do you mean with "As I moved to this country?"
    It's "I could not have my hair cut ..." (two words), or "I could not have the haircut ..."
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    I mean since i have moved to live in this country, hair dressers can not cut my hair in the model and shape that I like.

    Note that 'as' only means 'since' when it means 'because'.

    "Since I['ve] moved to this country, I can't get a haircut that I like."
    "Since I['ve] moved here, I can't get a decent haircut."
    "No one in this country can cut my hair the way I like it."
    ...
