    Does this sentence sounds good?

    The company should collect CVs' of unemployed people going there for seeking job to make a data base.

    A better title would have been '
    The company should collect CVs'.

    Note that "database" is one word.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
