    Hi,

    Let's assume that I am a teacher and I am saying this:

    - Guys! Please take a look at the picture A.
    - Guys! Please take a look at the picture 3A.

    I would like to ask if I must use 'the' in the sentences or not.

    No. It's unnatural.

    Please take a look at picture A.
    Please take a look at picture 3A.

    Please take a look at the picture [which is] marked "A".
    Please take a look at the picture [which is] marked "3A".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
