    Thank you for registering. or Thank you for your registration - which one is correct?

    Also which is the correct preposition to use after registering -

    Thank you for registering with XYZ or
    Thank you for registering for XYZ

    Please help.

    All the examples you posted are grammatically correct and natural. Whether you use "with" or "for" would depend on the context.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
