    "Is anything the matter?".

I have never heard "Is anything the matter?". Do you ever say like this?
    M: ⓐ____________ You don't look well.
    G: I have a terrible cold.
M: I think you ⓑshould go home and rest.
G: But the class is not over yet.
    M: ⓒ___________. You can go.

Choose the right expressions for the blank.
① Is anything the matter? ② What does it matter?
    ③ What's the matter?
    ④ What's wrong?
⑤ Does it really matter who did it?
