A bit unsure about the grammar of this sentence...

    Hello,
I am a bit unsure about the grammar of this sentence:

"I am proud to have made it to a point where attending an institution with an appeal such as that of XYZ Business School is a real possibility for me."

I am comparing the appeal of different institutes with the appeal of XYZ business school. I used "that of" instead of reusing the word appeal but the sentence sounds incorrect. Am I writing it incorrectly or it just sounds wrong to the ear?

The grammar is fine. It's a bit long-winded, though.

sfyn2it, a better title would have been 'that of'.
