    Is the following question grammatically correct?

    'Who is this organized by?'
    I'm not sure I've got the right order.

    Yes, it's fine and it's the construction you will hear most often in standard speech. No doubt, some purists will insist that you use "By whom is this organised?" but that is becoming less common in spoken English.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Cristina, please note that a better title would have been 'Who is this organized by?'

    "Who organized this?" is another way you would hear it.
