What does "here we are" mean in here?

    Hi,

What does 'here we are' mean in the context below? What does it normally mean?

"Harry: That's true. Harry Bennett, Certfied public accountant. I love numbers. I do some work for Smith and Dale, your company's accounting firm.
    Susan: And so...
    Harry: Here we are.
    Susan: Yes."

    Thank you!

"Here we are" usually means "We have arrived". It might mean that here. Does it fit the context?

    not a teacher

This is dialogue from a TV show episode called Blind Date.
The circumstances are that two people on a blind date have just told each other what they do for a living.
As is common in such situations, there is an awkwardness in the conversation.

You can listen to the dialogue on this site: Family Album USA
I think the woman says "And so…" just to keep the conversation going.
The man then replies, "Here we are", with the sense of, "And so… now we find ourselves having dinner together".
