I'm confused capital latter in sentance

    Hi All,

I'm confused why some latter in below sentence are capital, please give a suggestion in this regards.

"If you have any questions please contact IBM via your local IBM Partner Business Center team whose contact details"

    Thank you.

It appears to me that the "Partner Business Center" is the official name of the building or department in question and it is therefore a proper noun. Proper nouns are capitalised. Common nouns are not. Have you covered these terms in your study yet?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
