Whoever you end up marrying is going to be one very lucky fella

What does Father mean by the next sentence?
Whoever you end up marrying is going to be one very lucky fella.

Father: Look at this place; it's a pigsty. Your mom will have a cow when she gets home.
Seven-year-old girl: It's not that messy, Daddy.
Father: Whoever you end up marrying is going to be one very lucky fella.

The girl is untidy so is unlikely to nag her future husband if he is untidy, too.

Hmm, I agree that's a possible interpretation and may be right. I read it as sarcasm. She was not was going to turn out to be a very good homemaker. So, her husband won't be lucky, because he'll have to live in a pigsty.
Obviously, context is necessary to be sure. Who is the Father? What are his standards? What are the implied values for sex roles in the wider context?

This must be the dialogue in a strip cartoon in a series syndicated throughout the USA.

Somebody will remind me of his name, but I only ever find his cartoons mildly amusing at best.
