"My suggestion for the mentioned problem is creating a reasonableopportunity for..."

    Hi,

Is the form '...is craeting...' correct in the sentence above? (Considering how it starts with 'My suggestion is...')

    No.

    1. My suggestion is that we/he/she/they create(s) a reasonable opportunity ...
    2. My suggestion is to create a reasonable opportunity ...

    The first is more natural.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
