Please correct my below letter with standard English.

Hi mom, I don’t know from where I start, I want to say that I love you, I love you better than anything, I love you better than my life, I don’t express my love for you some time it’s like Sunshine , sometime it’s like moon light night, sometime it’s like Green field, sometime it’s like tulip garden , sometime it’s like rainbow. Dear do you ever saw the rainbow? Do you able to recognize the color of rainbow, if yes my love to you with all the color of rainbow. Please never misunderstand me I will die then, with you the world is so colorful, without you the world is dark night. Dear I know that you are most wonderful/cute/intelligent baby in this world. Please take care your health, be a doctor and a good human being.

I am a little confused. Your title is "Letter for my daughter". However, the letter starts "Hi Mom" but later on says "You are the most wonderful/cute intelligent baby in the world".

Who is writing this letter? Who will receive it?
