    gigantic wheels.

What doe s this "gigantic wheels." refer to? An ordinary round one or a vehicle?

15)In an average year, about 60 million pounds of Swiss cheese are imported by the United States. Swiss Cheese is usually shipped in gigantic wheels. The average weight of one of these whelles is 160 pounds...The tax was based on how many wheels of cheese they carried, not the total weight of their cheese. So the Swiss made their chesee in huge wheels.
