    Help me, please!

    Dear English speakers,

Can I ask you a question? I want to make some sentences:

1)He was informed of her having gone last Sunday. (Is it correct?)

2)It smelled great in the house. The grandmother has been making apple jam since morning. (Is "the" needed before morning?)

3)Which subject do you like most, Geography or Literature?
Neither of them. I'm interested in Maths.

4)My brother was feeling tired when he came home, because he had been playing tennis. (Not sure, perfaps it's better to be divided into two sentences?)

I'll be really thankful for your checks.

Neither of them. I'm interested in Maths. OK, or math in AmE.
