Dropping the t

Is it okay to drop the t in:
"fast speech"
"what happened"
"that woman"

Would y´all drop them in conversation?

They're regularly dropped in spoken English. You shouldn't try to force it though or it will sound unnatural. If you are speaking good English quickly and you happen to drop the "t" then it's fine.
