Do I need an article here?

    Dear forumers!

I can't figure out whether I should place a definite article before World Economic Forum in the following sentence:

    1) As a result, the Dutch placed 6th among the world’s top most competitive and innovative economies as per the year end 2012 World Economic Forum’s world rankings.

    2) As a result, the Dutch placed 6th among the world’s top most competitive and innovative economies as per the year end 2012 the World Economic Forum’s world rankings.

Personally, I believe I'd be better off saying:

    3) As a result, the Dutch placed 6th among the world’s top most competitive and innovative economies as per the year end 2012 World Economic Forum world rankings.

Which of these would you go with? Thank you very much in advance!

1 & 3 are fine but 2 sounds unnatural to me. I would never double the definite article like that.
