Can you give me some examples that a main clause is followed by more than one subordinate clause?

By the way, are both 'Can you give me some examples of a main clause followed by more than one subordinate clause?' and 'Can you give me some examples that a main clause is followed by more than one subordinate clause?' grammatical?

Thanks!

Only 'Can you give me some examples of a main clause followed by more than one subordinate clause?' is correct.

Should I replace 'that' with 'where'?

'Can you give me some examples where a main clause is followed by more than one subordinate clause?'

Thanks!

You can do that if you wish. The original is better.

If you want to go to the trouble of typing even more words you can say

'Can you give me some examples of compound sentences in which a main clause is followed by more than one subordinate clause?'
