There are some kinds mix between biscuits, chocolates and candy.
They are not completely biscuits nor chocolates nor candy.
They usually come with long shape not circle shape
and kids like to eat them.

My question is:
Is this called biscuits or candy or chocolates or another thing?

In BrE, the second picture is definitely chocolate/chocolate bars.
The picture with the question mark in the first link is some kind of chocolate wafer or chocolate biscuit.

We'd call the second one "candy bars."

love-you-mom, please note that North Americans use 'candy' for all kinds of confectionery — what we Brits call sweets, toffee, lollipops, peanut brittle, rock, nougat, chocolate/s etc.

In BE, 'candy' is rarely used. We have cough candy and candy floss (AE cotton candy), the metaphorical eye candy and arm candy, and that's about it.
