If +Present Simple or Future Simple

Hi, need help on these sentences. Thank you.
    1. If you don't call me, I will call you. (something may happen, he may not be able to call)
    2. If you won't call me I will call you. (he doesn't want to call, so I will call him)
Did I understand these sentences correctly?

Yes,you did. Normally we don't use 'will' after 'if';however, when we want to talk about willingness to do something, we can use 'will' after 'if'. Want to learn more about the future simple with 'will'?

Warning to other users - the link in the post above goes to an external website which is nothing to do with Using English. The first page contains two spelling errors, at least one grammatical error and several errors in punctuation and spelling.
I will leave it to the administrators to decide if the link can stay in place.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
