    "Come after me all you want!"

    Can I assume that there is a saying missing in the sentence between me and all like "come after me (that's what) all you want!"?

    "All you want" is about how strongly or how fiercely the person is to "come after me."

    Do you understand that "come after me" doesn't not mean to follow in space or time, but to attack or hunt for?
