    Talking 67-text-context

    Dear all

What is the difference between text and context? I need a complete answer; I couldn't find any article in this site.

    Thanks a million

    Re: 67-text-context

Text- just the words (written or spoken)
Context- the wider view, including relationships between speaker/listener, what has come before, cultural aspects, etc.
Here- the text is you question and my answer. the context is an ESL website, you're a learner, I'm a teacher, etc.
