present perfect fo all time activities

    Dear All,

I'm a bit confused about which tense to use in the following sentence:

I've always lived in the countryside so I travel a lot. However, I always use public transport, I haven't got a car.

Or: I've always lived in the countryside so I have travelled a lot. However, I always use public transport, I haven't got a car.

    Thank you,
    heyt

The first. It indicates habitual action.
