    how to speak fluently

    i need to improve on my grammer and speaking because i am working in MNC companie and my bosses are multiracial. in my organization we deal with email and speaking. i am reading books to improve and even speaking in english with my colleagues but still i feel that i got to work seriously to improve my english. how shall i do that.

    The first thing to do is to learn to edit your writing.
    Grammar, not grammer
    I, not i
    Company, not companie
    English, not english
    A question mark after a question - How shall I do that?
    Capitalize the first word in every sentence.
