    It is a text bout center Parcs. The exact words are " the small children play with their friends in the Time Out clubs. What does it mean if not capitalized?

    It doesn't mean much of anything to me. That's why I asked for context. Context always helps and it never hurts.

    Do you mean "park"? Why did you capitalize it?

    Small children are often punished by being given time alone, a "time out." But this does not make sense here as during a time out you are not in a group of children and playing.

    Center Parcs is a chain of family holiday centres across the UK and, I think, Europe. I assume that the club they provide where parents can leave their children in the care of park staff is called the "Time Out Club".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
