Can it be "It is justified for..."? If not, what word can be used here to make the sentence more concise?
I don't understand how you want to rewrite the sentence with "justify" but there is nothing in the original that talks about justifying anything. The idea if a template is that things are repeated.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
