    Given the context, an unpigeonholeable is probably a person who cannot be easily put into a category such as atheist, agnostic, believer, etc.
    It should be obvious from the paragraph under that title. By itself an 'unpigeonholeable' is something that cannot be pigeonholed for some reason.
