    These texts after saying, says

    These texts after saying, "This Self is that which has been described as 'Not this, not this,'" says, "It is imperceptible" etc.
    (Brahma Sutras; According to Sri Sankara by Swami Vireswarananda)

    I think it should rather be 'say', am I right?

    I agree with you. It refers back to "These texts" so should be "say".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
