We live in a world of stimuli,... with its ... visuals has transformed the way we see

"We live in a world of stimuli, and television news with its ever present background

visuals has transformed the way we see political leaders. "

    Is this sentence grammatical?

I think the red words need to be changed into 'transforming'

since it is a 'with clause'
