    the one with... Is it right or wrong in this context.

    1-He is the one with black shirt.
    2-She is the one with long hair and blue eyes.


    Is my use of "the one with" in these sentences right or wrong?
    And Is there another form that can be used instead of "the one with" in the previous sentences.

    1-He is the one with black shirt.
    2-She is the one with long hair and blue eyes.

    Can I also say:

    3-That one with black shirt.
    4-That one with long hair and blue eyes.

    They are both OK, but the first would be better with "in the black shirt".
