    sound to express sudden pain

"Ouch" is a sound used to express sudden pain.
Is there another sound according to your English background for that?
Note: I want to know specific sound if there is.
    Not generally shouting or crying.

Swearing/cursing is the general rule if you've injured yourself, but perhaps this is what you mean by general shouting.

I wonder what kinds of swear words they (="people who do not normally use expletives") used.
