Re: Who from both of you can speak English fluently?

'Which of you two can speak English fluently?'

'Which of you is the best English speaker?'

    Other alternatives are possible.

Just use the ones Rover gave.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Re: Who from both of you can speak English fluently?

    However,

"Who can speak English more fluently, you or Ken?"

I wouldn't use 'which' in the construction above.

Is 'which' acceptable there? (No, I don't think so.)
