Could you advise me the meaning of the following sentence. "The modern hens weekend is a fairy tale experience all right - scripted by the Brothers Grimm. On the stressometer, psychologists rate planning a wedding as equally traumatic to moving house and bereavement."
It appears on the BBC article BBC News - Where did the hen party explosion come from? at 25th paragraph. I can't understand what "all right" and "on the stressometer" mean on the sentence. Your assistance would be highly appreciated.

It should be "hens' weekend".

'All right' means 'without question'.

As a thermometer measures heat and a speedometer measures speed, a stressometer is an imaginary device for measuring stress. The writer has made it up.
