    money

    If specific amounts of money are to be treated as uncountable nouns like the word 'money' itself,
    could you let me know if the following sentences are correct?

    Where IS the ten dollars I lent you?
    Here IS the fifty dollars I owe you.
    There IS ten pounds on the table. IS IT yours?
    I can't get over THAT twenty dollars I lost on the fruit machine.

    In ##1 and 2 we'd be more likely to say "Where's the ten dollars...?" and "Here's the fifty dollars....."

    In #3 I'd say "There's ten pounds on the table. Is it yours."

    #4 is how I would say it.

    I used the uncontracted forms for clarity. I'd have used the short forms in speech.
