    How to reply this situation?

I emailed some potential buyers and I got a reply:

"Due to budgeting issue, our best offer is $100 for that keyboard.

If you are interested in selling, pls let us know and advise how to proceed."

I am still waiting for a few days as there might be other potential buyer that might email me too and they might offer me a better price.

While waiting, I would like to reply something to that person to tell the person, not sure what is appropriate, but I thought maybe something like I have received his offer/email.

Qn1) Can anyone help me on what is a good reply?

Qn2) I heard of a term "keep in view", is it appropriate to say "I will keep in view your email/offer."

Qn3) Can I say "I will take note of your offer/email"
