    More and more

Help! Can someone please tell me when and how to use "more and more". For example, I can say "He's becoming more and more healthy every day" and He's becoming healthier and healthier every day". I think these are both good. If I change "becoming" to "getting" does that make a difference. I've searched all over the Internet and I can't find any information or rules and I'm going crazy. Thanks!

They are as OK with "getting" as they are with "becoming".

"More and more healthy" would not be correct.
