Kindly indicate the sentence in which the word 'Caliber/Calibre' is correctly used:
1. Persons who have a high caliber
2. Persons of high caliber
3. Persons with a high caliber
4. Persons who are of a high caliber

I agree with bhai about #2, but it would sound far more natural to me with 'people' instead of 'persons'.
#4 is not entirely ungrammatical though #2 is better. I agree entirely that "people" would be preferable.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
