Do you have a question for us?

Your title you should be "sending an e-mail".

And your question should be "get an answer to the question".

And there is no space before a question mark.

    Re: Sending a e-mail

Is "Did you get an answer for the question I asked you about? Several days ago" the content of the email you are planning to send? If so, it is incorrect. I would send, in a follow-up email, something like:

Hi. I emailed you a few days ago about [subject]. I wonder if you have a response/any information for me yet. Thanks.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
