    Hello,

    which 1 correct?

"Price of motorcycle has decreased from 15, 000 to RM2000."

    Neither.

You need the definite article before the noun price.

The verb decreased cannot be used in the passive voice like this.

I would use lowered or changed to.

Of the two suggestions, I prefer the first one.

    Re: passive or present perfect

The price of a motorcycle/The price of motorcycles
The passive form in the second doesn't work.

Ist one is the result of past action.
Second one shows as someone has decreased its price.

You can use slashed also in place of decreased.

Second one shows that price has been decreased recently or somone does not want to specify the time.

You can use slashed also in place of decreased.

I think some new features have been added in this site, now I cannot edit my own post after one minute, hence I am making correction in above.
