Thumbs up open door from deferent key

As I mentioned my staff try to open door from deferent key. Thatís the reason key was broken and piece stuck in side of the lock. I have advised about this to my staff and to prevent this in the future I mention the key and lock numbers.
In the evening your staffs have been changed lock. Thanks for the support

There are many errors in your piece. First, look carefully at your use of tenses and then at your use (or non-use) of articles.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I tried to help you already. Your first words in this post are very relevant. You said "I just need to correct ...". That is right. YOU need to correct the mistakes. I have suggested what you need to look at. You need to do most of the work yourself.
