The word you should be looking for is 'posy' (plural 'posies').

I know "poses of roses" from:
"Moses supposes his toeses are roses,
but Moses supposes erroneously.
For nobody's toeses are poses of roses
as Moses supposes his toeses to be."
and I know it is some sort of a bouquet, but I can't seem to find any relevant entry of "pose" in my Harrap's or in online dictionaries.
Can anyone help me on that one ? There is no hurry, since I am just being curious there... but I'm curious
