    We can compare it with the breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga,having/being bathed in sun rays.(which one is appropriate in this context)

    as you said "being",another question popped up in my mind-"with me being in your life,you cannot be spiritually drained".Is this correct?

    Start every sentence with a capital letter. Leave spaces after commas and full stops as shown.

    Have you considered omitting being/having?

    'We can compare it with the breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga bathed in sunrays.'
