Arsenal have the toughest fixtures among the top teams.

Arsenal have the toughest fixtures among the top teams for this season. They are scheduled to play against two strong teams back to back for a few times.

Can I phrase the sentence in such a way. Please advise.

ps: I am a fan of Arsenal

I'd change 'for a few times' to 'several times'.

    I'd change teams .

PS: Just for the record, I'm an FC Barcelona fan.
    PPS: Good move, getting Özil!

I guess a "fixture" is a star player and this is not talking about the sturdiness of the sinks and toilets in their locker room.

I see. They would have the toughest "schedule" here.

    Yes.

We can use 'fixture' for someone who has been with a team for a long time and looks like staying for a long time, but we'd need context for that.

As you can see above, I would remove "for" both times you used it. "Fixtures" is perfectly acceptable when talking about soccer. Every year, the "fixtures list" is published giving the schedule for the whole season's home and away matches.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

You should start supporting Arsenal since they have Ozil now. Neymar is a great player too.
