    "Each time I come/get online, I don't see you are available."

    Is it okay to say like that?

    To me, it means that even though the other person is/may be online at that moment, you fail to see/realize that.

    "Each time I get online, I see you are not available", on the other hand, means that the other person is not logged in when you are.

    No. Perhaps you mean 'Each time I go on line you don't seem to be available'.
