    Also I mentioned expired date records In order to avoid spoilage and staff must to check expired date and should removed items from mini bar one month before the expired .

    Don't start with "Dear boss".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
